Channel letter questions
What's the difference between front-lit and halo-lit channel letters?
Front-lit letters illuminate through a translucent acrylic face. Halo-lit (reverse) letters project light from the back of the letter onto the wall for a soft glowing outline.
How long do channel letter signs last?
Aluminum returns and UL-listed LEDs typically last 10–15 years outdoors. We warrant our LEDs for 5 years and provide service across the U.S.
Do you handle the permit and install?
Yes. We provide stamped drawings, submit permit packages, fabricate in-house, and install with licensed crews or our certified network.
What's the typical timeline?
Standard channel letter projects ship in 3–4 weeks from approved artwork, plus permit time in jurisdictions that require it.
